Over time, bright or polished sterling silver can develop a natural patina - a dark and dappled glow that manifests on the surface. If you desire, you can restore shine to the surface of your jewellery by buffing gently with a polishing cloth; or embrace the new unique characteristics your jewellery takes on as it ages. To prevent patina from forming on your bright or polished silver, do not leave your pieces exposed to the open air for long periods of time unworn.

Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray, soap, salt, chlorine or any other fluids and chemicals. Take off your jewellery when washing hands, bathing, doing household tasks, sleeping, tanning, going to the beach or doing sports.

Clean your jewellery softly in warm soapy water and let it dry well. Store and protect your jewellery when not in use in an air-tight bag or jewellery box. Keep it away from sunlight and humid spaces like the bathroom.
