Complimentary shipping on orders above 150 EUR.

All  KÁLA jewlery is hand-crafted to order to avoid mass production, please allow 1-3 weeks for production + shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Please note that delivery times may vary.

International orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties that are paid by the customer.
KÁLA is not responsible for any delays and other issues beyond our control that may arise when shipping.

RETURNS

KÁLA will gladly issue a refund or exchange for unworn, unaltered, non-sale items that are returned within 14 days period from the time you receive your order, excluding the shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that taxes, duties and any additional charges that may occur for your order will not be refunded.

Custom-made orders, wedding rings, pieces with engraving and jewelry that has been worn or shows obvious signs of wear will not be exchanged.

To initiate a return, please email hello@kalamade.com with your order number to request authorization. Items must be returned unworn or altered in any way in original packaging. 

REPAIRS

KÁLA offers jewellery maintenance and polishing services free of charge.
If your jewellery is in need of repair, the cost will be determined individually.

Please note that shipping costs are covered by the customer.
